Recharging From Mother Earth

Today I feel like writing about how you we can recharge our self from earth. Well some times it happens so that we are feeling sluggish and low on energy, maybe feeling anxious, restless, too elated or too low. If any or all of this happen to you now I will tell how you can recharge or dispense the excess into earth.
 Well its called grounding meditation. You can do it in meditation sitting quietly and with this technique you can recharge your self wherever you are. So here are two techniques.
 
Grounding Meditation
Sit on floor. I like when I'm sitting on earth directly but if you are sitting on some first floor or above you can imagine that you are sitting on ground. Bring you consciousness to your body. when we are always living in our head we are not present. Search for any tension or pain in the body, feel it. Bring you attention to the parts of your body that are touching ground. Keep your attention to the ground your sitting on. Under you feet and under your hips basically wherever all the weight of your body is. Feel the connection with the ground your sitting. Do this for 10 to twenty minutes.
 
Candle Breath
Breathe in the air with force, hold it for few seconds and then exhale with force as if you blowing off the candles. Keep you attention under your feet. It can be you shoes or if your directly standing on ground just keep it right under the feet.
 
The effect you will immediately feel will be that you will feel strong in your body. Your spine will  straighten and your body will feel energized. Whenever you feel shy or not confident just bring you attention to the body and then under your feet. You will feel see the difference.
